Rio Real is a golf course designed by the legendary Javier Arana, considered the best Spanish designer of all time, just 5 minutes from the popular town of Marbella.
It opened in 1965, and it runs along the Rio Real Rive,r which gave it its name, and is an integral part of the golf course, accompanying it to its mouth in the Mediterranean Sea.
It is a spectacular par 72 course of more than 6000 meters, and is set amongst pines, palm trees, olive trees, ciels, etc., which make it a ideal place to enjoy your golf.
It has holes lining the sea and has spectacular views from the highest holes of the course It is suitable for golfers of all standards and with the oportunity to use all the clubs in your bag by the variety of holes that make up this course.
