Alcaidesa Heathland
This new Heathland course at Alcaidesa Designed by Dave Thomas offers the golfer of all levels of the game a great challenge, this course as the feel of a Heathland course with wide fairways and outstanding views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Sierra Nevada mountain ranges.
Alcaidesa’s new Club House is situated between the two golf courses Links and Heathland, majestically standing on the highest point of the resort, and offering unbeatable views of the Costa del Sol.

Alcaidesa Links
Alcaidesa, on the western Costa del Sol, between the municipal districts of La Linea and San Roque, very close to the Sotogrande and Valderrama golf courses. Exit 124 on the dual carriageway.
The topography of the terrain in Alcaidesa consists of rolling hillsides sloping gently to the sea and ending in a stunningly beautiful beach. It has almost 2 km of beach front. A considerable number of its holes give on to the beach, between sand dunes only partially covered by vegetation.
The course has an uninterrupted 18-hole round beginning at the first hole by the Clubhouse and not returning to the latter until the 18th, also located by the Clubhouse. The difficulty on the course mainly concerns the prevailing winds in the area.
One of the peculiarities that most impresses the visitor are the spectacular views of the Mediterranean, the Straits of Gibraltar and North Africa, and the unobstructed views of the sea from virtually any location on the course.
Because the course is a links course, the winds in the area substantially influence play. There are currently 5 par threes, two of which have water features in front, 8 par fours and 5 par fives, of which one has a water feature just in front of the green.

Valle Romano Golf.

El Paraiso Golf
El Paraiso is a Gary player designed golf course, with its wide fairways and well strategically placed fairway and green side bunkers to go with the many water hazards spread out all over the golf course, El Paraiso is one the toughest and well respected courses on the Costa del Sol.
Founded in 1974 the course was created and situated in the in the famous Marbella golfing valley with neighbouring courses such as Aloha, Las Brisas and Los Naranjos, its pedigree speaks for itself and its just on the outskirts of Puerto Banus.
The course measures 6503yards / 5916metres from the yellows and if you want a slightly more challenging game the white's measure just over 200 meters longer, the course is a story of 2 nines which brings two distinctly different 9holes together for all standards of golf to enjoy, visitors are made very welcome. -
La Cañada Golf.
La Canada has been designed by the famous Robert Trent Jones SENIOR who has designed a number of courses in the area being such names as Valderrama which hosted the Ryder Cup in 1997 and its neighbouring course Sotogrande which in itself holds the sherry cup every year to the best amateur in Europe.
Opened in 1982, la Canada was the first and still is the only course to be owned by the municipal of the local town which is Guadiaro, the par of the course is 71 with a total length of 6102metres/6704yards. The course is renowned for its fantastic lush fairways and fast greens giving you the perfect surface to play from.
The course is situated on the outskirts of the local town of Guadiaro, slightly inland but this is an advantage as the views are tremendous giving you an on look over the Guadiaro River and the Mediterranean Sea.
The special highlight of la Canada is arguably the most picturesque finishing two holes on the coast, the 17th being a par 3 over water very similar to the 17th of Saw grass and then once you have got through that, you've got the 18th called la Canada, this is where the course has got its name from.
You have to hit over a big ravine, one shot you will remember for the rest of your life.
We recommend that you hire a buggy or electric trolley if your not accustom to the warmer temperatures.
